Dr. Ar'neka Cooper DC, MS, CCEP, ART, GTS Co-Founder, Rehab Chiropractor

Dr. Ar’neka is a rehab Chiropractor, myofascial specialist, movement expert, and co-founder of Resilient Spine. She earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic as well as her Masters in Sports Exercise Science from Life University where she also worked as a sports chiropractor for their athletic program. She believes that moms are athletes. From the ones who bend over to pick up their kids to the ones that attend fitness classes with their friends. Moms should train for everyday life. Her passion is to help women move better, feel better and build resilience to live their best lives and do all the things they want to do!

Cassie Vega Patient Care Coordinator

Cassie is a Connecticut native, but have happily resided in California for the last 11 years. She has a deep passion for all forms of movement, which has led her down a 2 1/2 year journey of teaching Yoga and Pilates. She has been a yoga practitioner for about 5 years and looks forward to continuing these practices for the rest of her life! She values educating herself on the human body and its incredible abilities, and applying that knowledge to help others transform, heal and get connected to themselves both physically and mentally. When she's not on her mat, you can find her DJing, reading, tending to her plants, or hanging with her animals :) 

Ashley Cooper Co-Founder

Ashley is an east coast native who has loved athletics and helping people as long as she can remember. Ashley played basketball on scholarship at Southern Wesleyan University where she found her calling for helping people. After graduation she played semi professional basketball for 4 years during which she met Dr. Ar'neka and witnessed first hand the healing of chiropractic. In 2022 she had our son and fell in love with the process of childbirth, now she is a Doula helping moms feel knowledgeable and supported about their births Ashley will be one of the first people you will talk to and will take care of the patients who come in the office.
